This gym is an amazing place. Everyone works at their own pace and to their fitness level but also appropriately pushed to improve either by adding additional reps or weight. They are super aware and cautious if you have any type of injury or surgery in the past. They tailor to YOUR individual needs. Personal trainers here are the BEST!!!! Even though not at my goal weight I am stronger and getting stronger every day. This really is THE HAPPY GYM!!!!

Crossfit workouts can be scaled to your fitness level and the coaches at ECHF teach you how to do the moves correctly minimizing the risk of injury.
