What is your sports/fitness background?
I played some sports (field hockey and softball) in high school and was a cheerleader! I have run 5K, 10K and 1/2 marathons- no speed record
broken!

What are your fitness goals?
To keep up with my active adult children, increase my flexibility and to stay strong as I age!

What do you see as your greatest improvement?         
Increasing my strength and endurance and more confident in some of the movements with the barbell.

What is your favorite and least favorite workout?
Least favorite- anything with burpees or lunges. Most favorite: Workouts that include rowing and kettle bell swings and the team workouts

How has your experience at EC Health and Fitness affected your life? 
It has been awesome!  I feel better mentally and physically every day.  I look forward to coming to class to be challenged!

What’s your favorite ECHF memory so far?
The 5:30 crew and their support every day, finishing the MURPH and being able to do cross fit with my daughter!
