What is your sports/fitness background?
NONE

What are your fitness goals?
To be active and strong

What do you see as your greatest improvement?
To be able to lift weight progressively. This is something I thought I would never be able to do. I was not a active person at all, I used to run a little bit. CrossFit has changed the way I think about lifting.

What is your favorite and least favorite workout?
I have few 🙂  Favorite: deadlifts, back squats, burpees.  Least favorite: rowing, pull ups

How has your experience at EC Health and Fitness affected your life?
Greatly. I feel strong,I’m not as not as tired.  Days always start good with a CrossFit work out. I am a morning gym-er usually at 5:30, and I love my schedule. I love the group that I work with, my coaches, it is very friendly environment.

What’s your favorite ECHF memory so far?
My favorite memory is recently when I was able to do T2B. Still a lot of good memories to make 🙂

In 1 word, summarize your ECHF experience.
1 word is not enough 🙂  ECFH is great and friendly community to be with.  I always feel motivated from the coaches and my group that I work with.
