After only a couple of months at Ellicott City Health and Fitness I’ve noticed I have more energy and endurance. Where I used to wear down, I find it’s easier keep going, regardless of the time of day or the particular challenge at the office.
I get better workouts in a shorter period of time, it is a great way to manage stress, and my sleep has definitely improved. I’ve lost weight and my clothes are fitting better.
Best of all, I just feel so much better physically and about myself. I still have a long way to go, but there’s no better motivator than good health (and seeing the results in the mirror!)

This gym is an amazing place. Everyone works at their own pace and to their fitness level but also appropriately pushed to improve either by adding additional reps or weight. They are super aware and cautious if you have any type of injury or surgery in the past. They tailor to YOUR individual needs. Personal trainers here are the BEST!!!!
