What is your sports/fitness background?
Played baseball and football when young. Ran track in high school. Skied all my life. Been going to the gym on and off for the better part of my adult years.
What are your fitness goals?
Stay in good shape as I get older. Firmly believe that aging, in large part, is a product of how one chooses to live.
What do you see as your greatest improvement?
Hand stand push up. Actually, just the hand stand part.
What is your favorite and least favorite workout?
Favorite – Thrusters because I think they are a great full body exercise. Rowing because I seem to be ok at it.
Least favorite – Burpees. Overhead squats because I stink at them.
How has your experience at CrossFit PCR affected your life?
Definitely got me into much better shape. Also, much better mobility, which is just as important as strength and endurance.
What’s your favorite PCR memory so far?
Having a better 1,000 meter rowing time than Bronson.
