From Coach Bronson: Dimitri has been a member for over 3 years and has done over 300 workouts with us in that time. He is far improved from where he started, yet always has a new goal in front of him that he diligently works toward achieving.
What is your sports/fitness background?
I was mostly a home gym person using free weights and some DVD based exercise programs.
What are your fitness goals?
Get stronger while getting leaner. Be pain free.
What do you see as your greatest improvement?
I believe I can perform almost every movement in correct form
What is your favorite and least favorite workout?
I like heavy weight workouts with built-in rest periods. I hate all-out sprints.
How has your experience at EC Health and Fitness affected your life?
Completely changed how I think about fitness. I’ve learned to move correctly and eat correctly. I’m mostly pain free. I believe that CrossFit may extend my life. ECHF combines exercise and nutrition education in a way that achieves real results!

The camaraderie of the bourbon and bros workout
