What is your sports/fitness background?
Skiing and golf. I’ve always tried to be active, even joined quite a few gyms, but nothing stuck until I found EC Crossfit.

What are your fitness goals?
As I start my fifties, I’m looking for the energy and strength needed to live a healthy life.

What do you see as your greatest improvement?
I would say All of my improvements have been great. I started back in June 2019, without lifting much of anything for >10yrs, and every week I get a little better with the barbell, squats, kettle bell and bar work.

What is your favorite and least favorite workout?
To be honest all of the workouts are my favorite. I do love the variety of WOD’s, but am still waiting for a repeat to test my progress. The exercises that I find difficult like overhead squats, pull-ups, and T2B are goals to be mastered in 2020.

How has your experience at EC Health and Fitness affected your life?
Back in the Spring I made a career change and took some time for myself. I found ECHF and fell in love with its mission statement and all the testimonials. My experience has been nothing but positive, from the coaches and every single member that walks through that door.
I am stronger and more focused, and love being a part of the ECHF family.
