Each of us wants to feel good, be strong and live an active lifestyle. We’ve all got a picture in our heads of how we want our bodies to look. We want to feel good about ourselves and confident in our ability to do things whenever life requires it.

I see it all the time. People searching for solutions on the Internet, reading articles, trying various products and doing whatever they can to make a change. Most often they are met with failure or at best, short term results.

The craziest thing I see is when someone is presented with a real, proven, life-changing solution and they choose not to do it.

Here’s an answer to their problem. It’s not a pill or a shake. It’s not a monthly subscription of frozen food in a box. It’s not a “simple diet hack” from some youtube sensation with the promise of a six-pack.

I’m talking about building long term health, losing body fat, building muscle, one on one coaching, nutrition education, and a community of people you can share the experience with. Real, lasting results, that have been proven, time and again.

“I couldn’t do that.”

“It’s too expensive.”

“I don’t have the time.”

“I’m not sure it will work.”

Bull crap.

If they can, you can

In our gym alone, not to mention the other 9000 CrossFit gyms all over the world, we’ve helped people like this:

  • 65 year old grandmother who NEVER stepped foot in a gym before working with us. She’s increased muscle mass, bone density, and is winning her battle against osteoporosis.
  • 48 year old woman who is a Type 2 Diabetic. She was able to lose body fat, improve her overall fitness level, stop her insulin spikes and even reduce the amount she needed daily.
  • 50 year old man who came to us with a frozen shoulder. He couldn’t lift his arm over his head. Within months he had regained function and was doing things he had never been able to do before.
  • 58 year old woman who has cancer and is legally blind in one eye. She is doing better with her overall health because she follows the program. She’s learned about good nutrition and works her tail off on her fitness.

Sickness is the most expensive, in money and in life

Your fitness level is, hands down, the absolute best indicator of your overall health. Maintaining your health is the most expensive thing you will pay for in your lifetime. Period.

You have two options. You can get healthy and stay healthy which will cost you now and a little bit over time. You could take the other route and stay unhealthy which will cost you significantly more over time.

The medical industry is built on getting money out of people who don’t have a choice. Fixing sickness is far more lucrative than preventing it.

If you think $200 a month is a lot for a health and fitness program, look into the cost of insulin, metformin, statins, and the multitude of other medications out there used to keep people alive. We spend so much wasted money on healthcare. If you change your focus and put that investment into yourself, you will save money.

Side note,… you’ll also have a much, much, better quality of life. Live healthy and free or just get by feeling sick, lethargic, weak, and uninspired… What’s that worth?

You have the time if you really want it

There are 168 hours in a week. If you work 50 hours, sleep 56 hours, and spent time with your family 40 hours in a week,….you still have 22 hours to focus on your health and fitness.

Our program works best at 3-5 hours per week in our facility and a couple hours of your own at home.

Time is not a reason why you decide not to do something for yourself, it’s an excuse for those who haven’t made the decision to truly change their lives.
