What is your sports/fitness background?
I played tennis in college for Longwood university.
What are your fitness goals?
To get in better shape as I age, build muscle and loose weight.
What do you see as your greatest improvement?
Strength and a much healthier back.
What is your favorite and least favorite workout?
I like the strength and skill work. I really hated the Blake workout.
How has your experience at EC Health and Fitness affected your life?
It has been a game changer for me. I lost weight and kept from getting type 2 diabetes. The exercise has changed my outlook on life. I love the people and the support from them to reach any goal I set!!
What’s your favorite ECHF memory so far?
Meeting like minded people. The community is so important.

Life changing. (Sorry I know two words)
