What is your sports/fitness background?

Military training, weight machines at the gym & road running when in my 20s & 30s.  Now it’s mainly CrossFit numerous times a week and the occasional “golf”.

What are your fitness goals?

Continue to gain muscle mass & increase cardio endurance while lowing body fat and preventing injury.

What do you see as your greatest improvement?

Being able to do more and more of the standard CrossFit exercises with better form and heavier weights…

What is your favorite and least favorite workout?

Favorite: When I am able to finish a WOD at RX. Least Favorite: Any WOD with DUs.

How has your experience at CrossFit PCR affected your life?

CrossFit PCR has shown me how to get to the athletic level I want to be at & backed me 100%. Without their guidance, I’d most likely still be out of shape, floundering around & trying to figure out what I was going to do about it…

What’s your favorite PCR memory so far?

Still enjoy Saturday sessions…  You know if someone shows up to the box early Saturday morning, they are there to put some work in alongside everyone else!
