From Coach Mary: Laura is dedicated to improving her health.  She works very hard during  each personal training session and is open minded to new exercises.  She’s had amazing results with her fitness, nutrition and weight loss.  I’m very excited to see what goals she is going to crush in the next few months !! What are your fitness goals?

Loose weight that I have gradually gained b/c of hormones and be the most fit/strong as I age.

Wall balls, leopard crawl and burpees

How has your experience at EC Health and Fitness affected your life?

I am regaining my health with OBN/Jamie and Mary with personal training.  30 pounds lighter with about 20 more to go but happening slow and steady.

What’s your favorite ECHF memory so far?

Taking the move fusion and Zumba intro with wine after.
