What is your sports/fitness background?
Growing up, I enjoyed a variety of sports including baseball, basketball, and soccer. I’ve completed several half marathons and play softball on a regular basis. Notably, before starting CrossFit, I had virtually zero experience with a barbell.

What are your fitness goals?
Simply put, I want to be more fit tomorrow than I am today.

What do you see as your greatest improvement?
I’ve seen the most improvement in my lower body strength. My one rep max for my front squat has increased significantly even in the past few months.

What is your favorite and least favorite workout?
Favorite Workout – Sandstorm
Least Favorite Workout – Anything with lots of burpees

How has your experience at EC Health and Fitness affected your life?
Before joining ECHF, working out was merely something I would try to find time to do. Now, I try to schedule things around my time at the gym.

What’s your favorite ECHF memory so far?
Saturday morning partner workouts are always fun. It is much easier to push your limits when you have someone working with you!
