What is your sports/fitness background? I have tried to stay active from a young age, playing softball and taking various fitness classes over the years. I also enjoying walking.
What are your fitness goals? To remain healthy as I age, and to increase muscle mass, or at least maintain it as I get older and to maintain bone density.
What do you see as your greatest improvement? Overall, my greatest improvement is just being stronger, but I have been able to do certain exercises now that I couldn’t do when I first started, like hanging knee raises.
What is your favorite and least favorite workout? My favorite workouts are anything involving squats or jump rope. My least favorite workouts are those with pull-ups or seal walks.
How has your experience at EC Health and Fitness affected your life? I started taking the F4E bootcamp over a year ago, and since then I am stronger than before and I have plenty of energy throughout the day and don’t feel tired. I also just feel better and I have improved my diet through the 21DSD and macros templates.
What’s your favorite ECHF memory so far? I have really enjoyed the friendships and coaches from the F4E bootcamp classes and I am proud to have survived the Cross Fit Open. But the best thing so far was seeing the results of my In-Body scan after doing the 21DSD and macro templates.
