Inga is a force to be reckoned with!  Her strength and consistency is admirable, and she is an integral part of the ECHF family.

What is your sports/fitness background?
Swimming, gymnastics, track & field, dirt biking as well as professional ballroom dancing.
(Hence the multitude of injuries)

What are your fitness goals?
Staying as strong as possible to support my failing joints.

What do you see as your greatest improvement?
I’m proud to be 40+ lbs lighter and -8% bodyfat.

What is your favorite and least favorite workout?
Favorite: “Abs of Steel”
Least favorite: “GI Jane”

How has your experience at EC Health and Fitness affected your life?
I have learned to be patient and trust the process. “Rome wasn’t built in a day”, right?

What’s your favorite ECHF memory so far?
ECHF has helped me overcome my fear of failure and take charge of my health through eating completely different. I have learned so much from both Jamie and Bronson!!
