Move Fusion – Mobility and Interval Core Training

Move Fusion is a combination of yoga poses, core training, and Hgh Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It is low-impact, super easy to perform, and works wonders at increasing flexibility and developing strength to help you move throughout your day.

Move Fusion is a great way to help your body recover from hard workouts. It is also a fantastic way to work on reducing lower back pain, or other ailments that can come from poor posture or movement habits.

During the time frames it is run, classes are held 2 x Week, at 6PM, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each class is 1 hour

Each 4 week session is $80. or you can drop in for $15 per class. (Current members get a 10% discount)

Olympic Lifting Skill Sessions

Spend time with a trained coach learning how to improve your Clean, Split Jerk, or Snatch technique.

You’ll work on strength, movement, and understanding the nuances of how to be more efficient in your lifts.

The drills and knowledge you gain will not only help you lift more but give you greater benefit from doing the work.

During the time frames it is run, classes are held once a week, at 8PM on Thursdays. Each class is 1 hour

Kettlebell Skill Sessions

Spend time with a trained coach learning how to improve your performance of the Kettlebell Swing, the Turkish Get-up, and the Kettlebell Cleans.

You will also learn how the Kettlebell can be used to help improve shoulder stability and even relieve chronic shoulder pain.

The drills and knowledge you gain will not only help you lift more but give you greater benefit from doing the work.
