We get a lot of calls this time of year from people looking to join a gym. The questions usually revolve around when we’re open, what kind of equipment do we have, and how much does a membership cost. Here are answers to many of these questions.

Question: How much does it cost? Answer: Personal freedom, self confidence, and the ability to live your life how you want to is priceless. Our programs range from $125 to $1000 depending on how comprehensive and personalized you want/need it to be. Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, constant pain and discomfort, lethargy, and all sorts of other conditions that come from poor health have the highest cost imaginable. Not only do they take your money, over and over again, but they steal your ability to live life to its fullest. Invest in your freedom now and for the future.

Question: When are you open? Answer: We have classes thoughout the day, from 5:30 to 7:00pm. Personal Training sessions can be scheduled at times that work the best for you.

Question: Is your gym crowded? Answer: Not really, our program is based on group classes. We aren’t an open gym, free-for-all. We average 8-12 people per class so that everyone gets the attention they need. Our program is about coaching and personal goals, not open access to random equipement.

Question: Are all the workouts the same? Answer:  No, each day is something different. The programming is designed to help you develop a full range of fitness without burning out.

Question: How old do you have to be? Answer: We work with anyone from the age of 13 to infinity. There is no limitation on age and how we can help you improve your fitness. We have members that are in their 60’s doing amazing things everyday.

Question: I’m not in shape. I don’t think I can do the workouts. Answer: Sure you can! We exist for the sole purpose of helping people get in shape. Being in shape is where we get you, not where you start. Small steps, at your speed is what it’s all about.

Question: I need nutrition help but I don’t want to starve myself. Answer:  Great, we don’t want you to starve either! Our nutrition programs are designed to educate you on what good healthy eatign is about so that you can feel satisfied, and enjoy the food you eat.

Question: I’ve never worked out before I don’t know what to do. Answer: Not a problem. We will teach you and help you learn how. When you start, you get an experienced coach who will walk you through everything and help you understand how the program works, at your speed.

Question: I have an injury, and I can’t do everything. Answer: Our coaches have spent a lot of time learning how to work within the limits of a person’s ability. Injuries can be worked around, and you can still get great benefits from the program. In many cases we find that people see improvements in previous injuries or limitation because they’ve followed the coaching they’ve been given.

Question: How will I fit in? Answer: Our members are every day people just like you. Our average age is late 30’s early 40’s. Many of our members are married to each other. Most of them have never done anything exercise related before they came to us. You will fit in fine if you are interested in getting better and being happy for everyone else who is doing the same.

Question: Do I have to do the 90 day intro program? Answer: Yes, this is probably the biggest thing that separates our program from most other gyms. We want to spend the time focusing on what you need and making sure you get the most out of your time with us. We will not leave the experience up to fate to see if you succeed or not. It’s our job to give you as much support as possible. The first 90 days are crucial to helping you develop healthy habits and make the changes you need to enjoy your fitness for years to come.
