Everyone has different reasons for working out. What’s yours?

What brings you in the door?
When you know you’ll end up on the floor?

2 days a week, maybe 3, maybe 4.
no matter what, you come back for more.

Is it your family or your health?
Has your waistline grown in stealth?

If you want to run, jump, swim and play,
you found a place that will show you the way.

Why do you want it? What’s in it for you?
If it weren’t for this what would you do?

Do you have a dream, a vision, a goal?
Is it something that burns in your soul?

Find that spark, and let it grow.
Before you know it a change will show.

Keep working hard and never quit,
until your “Why” becomes “I did it!”
