I want to be free. Free to make my own choices about how, where, and when I spend my time. That’s why I started a business. That’s not why I coach.

I’m a people person, always have been. I like meeting people and learning from and about them. Everyone has a different story and it’s always fascinating hearing someone’s for the first time. That’s not why I coach.

I have grown to love fitness as an activity. I take pleasure in pushing myself and forcing my body to grow. Overcoming the physical challenges I set for myself helps me become a better person. That’s not why I coach.

Building a community of people that share a common goal and the commitment to make it happen is a marvelous thing. Sharing the experiences and challenges of changing lifestyles and shedding fears and anxiety is uplifting and inspiring. Still, that’s not why I coach.

People wonder what happens after they die. Will people miss me? Who will remember me? How many people will be at my funeral? What have I done in this life to make a difference?

I don’t want to have those questions.

I believe that the single most, insanely important thing anyone can do on this earth, is also the simplest…..positively impact as many people as possible.

That is why I coach.

Through coaching I not only impact an individual, but through them I can impact everyone in their sphere of influence. They grow physically and emotionally as they allow me to impart knowledge, provide motivation, and guide them along their journey. As they become better people, their positive attitude spreads to others.

That is why I coach.

The more time I spend coaching, the more I learn how to help a broader range of people. Everyone’s story becomes an outlet for me to connect experiences and build a network of individuals that provide me with more tools to help. Rinse. Repeat.

That is why I coach.

I have helped people overcome a fear, accomplish a goal, beat an addiction, learn a new skill, and do other things to change their lives for the better.

That is why I coach.

I am a coach. It is not a job. It is not something I do to keep busy. It is who I am and what I believe. I am more invested in your success than you are. Think about that for a minute.

If you just want a place to workout, there are plenty of them around.

If you want someone to buy into who you are and what you want out of life, someone who is willing to work with you through thick and thin to make it happen, look me up.
